Protecting: We begin by protecting any surface no to be painted as well as furniture, floors, etc. with drop clothes, plastic, and paper.
Filling: Any cracks and holes will be patched with the proper material and matching the surrounding profile.
Caulking: Cracks around windows, doors, bathroom cabinets, etc. will be recaulked, and any caulking in bad condition will be removed.
Sanding: Any glossy surfaces will be sanded to provide a good grip for the final coat, as well as light sanding will be done on walls to remove small imperfections.
Priming: Any bare surface will be primed with the apropiate primer depending on the type of surface (metal, wood,new drywall etc.) as well as surfaces converting from oil base paint to waterbase paint.
Painting: Final coat or coats will be applied using the right tools for the surface to provide the desired finish and sheen.
Cleaning: We clean our working area everyday and at the end of the project.
Final walk-through: After the paint project is complete, we ask to have a walk-through to check that every surface is painted correctly to specifications in the contract.
